However, The variability in exercises and standards makes tracking and comparing performances challenging. To simplify this process, I've created a Google Sheet designed to help you compare Metcon workouts effectively.

This tool is tailored for comparing CrossFit Metcon workouts by standardising the analysis of workout data across different sessions. Here’s what it offers:


  • Total Completed Rounds

  • Total Completed Reps

  • Total reps per round

  • Rep completion rate (Reps per min)

  • Rep completion rate (Reps per sec)

  • Estimated Volume Load (kg)

  • Workout length (mins).


It also supports different types of MetCon formats, such as AMRAPs (as many rounds as possible), Chippers (a series of exercises in order), and timed rounds.
