Strength Coach Programme Builder - Release

Made for you, the coach, the Strength Coach Programme Builder is designed to streamline your process and get you back out on the floor doing what you love, coaching.

Over the past few blog posts, I have highlighted why time is such a valuable resource and how automating & pre-building your systems can help streamline your entire process. Buy back precious time outside of work with friends and family and get back on the floor coaching your athletes.

What's Included

The programme builder runs via Google Sheets and has over 100 pre built set and rep schemes, 200+ exercise library, built in average, max & volume load charts, and a fully loaded library of warm ups.

In addition to this, you can add your own exercises, set and rep schemes, and warm ups. As the sheet is built within google sheets, you can simply create a new copy each time you want to build a programme for a new athlete. This means you can pre-build one programme then create a copy for each athlete you give that programme too. Because they are copies, you can also individualise each one as much or as little as you wish.

The programme builder includes a fully automated dashboard, which updates as your athlete completes a workout and fills in their data. This allows you to compare what you prescribed with what they achieved. In addition, there is a 1 rep max calculator on the dashboard to allow you to easily gauge where they are with a lift/exercise.

Made For You, The Coach

As mentioned at the start of this post, this programme builder is designed for you the coach. It is designed to help you improve the service you deliver to your athletes and allows you to spend more time focusing on coaching the sessions, rather than making a nice spreadsheet!

The Strength Coach Programme builder is set for release next week. I am also going to give away a free Team/Individual MAS calculator/programming sheet with the first 20 orders. To stay up to date - keep an eye on your email or register to receive updates and 3 FREE online tools here.
